Evolution is here: AW lands in Europe

AW Europe is born in 2023 thanks to the technological experience gathered in 30 years of work with the Microsoft ecosystem. Knowing the market has allowed us to understand the various issues of the industry and, specially, in terms of talent. That is why in AW we know that, in order to provide a unique service, collaborative work is needed, as well as understanding which are the needs of our partners. AW lands in Europe with the vision of becoming an strategic partner collaborating with your projects and, thus, leaving a long lasting print.

Our challenge is being able to make AW Europe visible to the Spanish channel of partners in the short term, and to the European channel in the long term, as a strategic partner, with the only purpose of providing support to their projects. We want to be a talent factory for Europe; and that is why we are training staff not only technically but also functionally, says Manuel Fernández Casado, new AW Europe Country Manager, who has specialized over 20 years in Microsoft Dynamics in its different applications, versions and platforms.

After years of work, one of the main characteristics of AW is it brings value to every technological project. Currently, we have a staff of 200 people, with great diversity in skills and cultures, which want to satisfy the needs of each of our partners to grow together.

Strategic partners of our partners

AW business core is based on deployment, support and development services, above all, the applications ecosystem of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. We are based in Argentina and are present in the whole Latin-American continent by means of our partners network, plus our current expansion to Spain and the US.

Through the years, our partners have raised various concerns that may sound familiar to you, like:

Shortage of skilled resources

Lack of talent, motivation and commitment

Little experience and very high costs

Unproductive labor assets

And, of course, high turnover

That is why, Manuel Fernández Casado, states how AW has come to help European partners: We are going to put at the partners disposal teams that are qualified in all the application ecosystem of Microsoft Dynamics and all at a cost that will allow them to maintain current profitability of their projects and, in many cases, to make it grow being certain that they will have the team they need at any time”.

Manuel also gives his point of view about the problems in the IT world: “High turnover of staff is a problem that has been impacting our industry for years. Partners face serious difficulties in retaining talent, large amounts of money and time are invested in training professionals without being certain if it will pay back. We want to help you with this struggle”.

We train talent and people

In AW we have learnt that training talent is essential to grow in the market: they are the professionals that will help opening new doors and fulfill, in a large scale, the needs of the market. We understand that they are who will provide the tools to help our partners grow in their sector. Besides, we do not believe only programmers and technical staff are able to turn into technology experts. Our program is devised to provide the knowledge and practical skills relevant to the different areas and roles in the technological industry.

That is why, through ARTIATEC, one company of our group, and the support of the local authorities, we have performed various tasks for months with the goal of training technical and functional professionals in the application ecosystem of Microsoft Dynamics 365. F&O, Business Central and CRM. Our focus is on any person that wants to get their first tech job and start a career in the functional-technical area of technology. In our program, we strongly believe that all people, no matter their training nor their previous experience, are able to have an impact on their present and change it to improve through learning technological skills. That is why our courses are designed for everyone with the will and desire to learn.”,

says Fernández Casado, who also knows into deep the deficiencies, needs and opportunities the European and Latin-American markets have.

“Mi current task is to focus on providing solutions for this lack of professionals, bring the European and Latin-American markets closer, minimizing the distance between them as much as possible. I know this ecosystem into deep since I have developed my career during 20 years in the industry, and performing different roles. Undoubtedly this opportunity is a very motivating challenge and, thus, I thank AW the trust they have placed in me to lead their strategic expansion to Europe”, concludes our Country Manager.
